daniblack.com ships exclusively via UPS. Generally orders are shipped within one business day Monday through Friday. UPS charges are calculated based on the total weight and destination zip code of your order. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. We also offer expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Even though we hate to say no, these are some things we can NOT do.
Guarantee next day delivery.
Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Ship internationally including Canada and Puerto Rico.
Returns
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order.
New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable).
If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply fill out the form included with your order.
Pack your return in the original or other suitable carton. Please do NOT place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box.
